Job description :

  • As a Client Servicing, incumbents primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • A Post Graduate Degree in Marketing would be an added advantage.

  • Proven track record with specific success stories.

  • Experience in handling government clients is preferred

  • Acting as a liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring effective communication and meeting all client requirements.

  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising and communication needs, and ensuring they are met to their satisfaction.

  • Overseeing the agencys accounts across all disciplines and delivering comprehensive solutions.

  • Preparing proposals and quotations for client requirements and effectively coordinating with internal departments to provide holistic solutions within specified deadlines.

  • Striving for first-time accuracy in delivering solutions and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.

  • Retaining clients by ensuring complete satisfaction with their assignments and maintaining detailed records of day-to-day client interactions.

  • Creating monthly reports tailored to each client for the assignments undertaken.

  • Generating additional business from clients by promoting various solutions offered by the agency.

  • Monitoring client billing and ensuring timely payments.

  • Assisting superiors in client management roles and demonstrating a willingness to acquire new skill sets and explore different domains of advertising.

  • Being open to travel outside the city for client meetings and specific assignments as required.
