Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for all clients visiting or calling the clinic. This role involves managing client appointments, maintaining records, assisting doctors with scheduling, and ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-office experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling & Front Desk Management
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and make them feel comfortable.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
- Manage client check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain client records, files, and treatment data in the system.
- Handle daily billing, payment collection, and maintain proper accounts for front desk transactions.
- Ensure the reception area and waiting lounge are always clean, organized, and presentable.
Sales & Customer Service
- Explain clinic services, treatments, and offers to clients.
- Upsell relevant treatments, packages, or products where applicable.
- Follow up with leads and clients who have inquired but not visited.
- Handle client concerns or complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
Reporting
- Maintain appointment reports, daily sales registers, and walk-in logs.
- Share daily closing and follow-up reports with management.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in a clinic, salon, spa, or hospitality environment)
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM or appointment software)
- Presentable, polite, and client-service oriented
- Time management and multitasking abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
