About Unicorn Vending:

Unicorn Vending is a leading provider of innovative snack and beverage vending machines, serving corporates and PSUs across India. We are looking to expand our team and bring in a dynamic Business Development Manager who will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient ERP Executive to manage daily ERP operations, ensure accurate data flow, and support multiple departments. The role will also be responsible for handling customer refund issues, validating claims, coordinating with finance, and ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Operations Management:

  • Manage daily activities in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Create, update, and maintain product, customer, and transaction records.

  • Conduct routine system audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth workflow.

  • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with IT/ERP support teams for escalation.

  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and process improvements.

2. Customer Refund Handling:

  • Review, validate, and process customer refund requests received through CRM, email, or internal teams.

  • Verify refund claims against ERP sales entries, stock records, and transaction history.

  • Coordinate with finance for timely refund processing and approvals.

  • Maintain and update refund logs, tracking pending, approved, and completed cases.

  • Communicate with customer support teams regarding refund progress and clarifications.

  • Identify the root cause of repeated issues and suggest corrective actions.

3. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ERP transactions, inventory, sales, and refunds.

  • Document system gaps or operational issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.

  • Assist during internal or external audits by providing ERP-based data and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

6 months to 2 years of experience in ERP operations, data management, customer refund handling, or related roles.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), Information Technology, or any related field.

  • Additional certifications or diplomas in ERP platforms (SAP, Odoo, Tally, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with any ERP system (SAP / Odoo / Tally / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics).

  • Good understanding of inventory, sales, and finance modules.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic data analysis).

  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience with stock or transaction reconciliation.

  • Soft & Operational Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to handle customer refund processes efficiently.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong coordination with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales, customer support).

  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
