Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nawalgarh for a Packing Plant Operation position. The Packing Plant Operation role involves overseeing the daily operations of the cement packing plant. Key responsibilities include monitoring packing processes, ensuring quality control, maintaining equipment, and managing staff to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. The role also requires adherence to safety and environmental regulations, troubleshooting operational issues, and continuous improvement of packing processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in plant operations and maintenance
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
- Proficiency in equipment management and troubleshooting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site duties
- Relevant technical qualifications or an engineering degree
- Experience in the cement or manufacturing industry is a plus
