- Develop and implement site-specific Health and Safety Plans (HASP) in line with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. This has to be done by visiting sites.
- Ensure all safety procedures and practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant safety regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Lead incident/accident investigations and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training sessions for all site staff and contractors.
- Collaborate with project management and subcontractors to enforce safety compliance across all teams.
- Monitor and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety gear.
- Keep accurate records of inspections, incidents, safety meetings, and compliance documents.
- Participate in project planning to integrate safety considerations into construction methods and timelines.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
