Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Guest Relations Executive to join our on-site team in Lucknow. The Guest Relations Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, resolving client issues, building relationships with customers, and assisting in sales and receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will exemplify exceptional communication and customer service skills while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and visitors
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Basic understanding of Sales and the ability to assist customers in identifying solutions that meet their needs
  • Experience or capability in performing Receptionist Duties, including managing front-desk operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent professional experience
