In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and we are expanding across action figures, backpacks and collectibles and are scaling in footwear and kidswear

Although we are primarily an online brand, we've expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 60+ stores across India with plans for expansion pan and outside India.

We are seeking Associate Tech Pack Technicians/Designers to join our Techpack Design team. The role requires creating, managing, and maintaining detailed technical packages (tech packs) for apparel, accessories, and related products. You will serve as a bridge between the Design and Production teams, ensuring all specifications, measurements, artwork placements, construction details, and material information are clearly documented for accurate manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed CAD flat sketches, construction details, and BOMs.
  • Create and upload high-quality tech packs on the company portal.
  • Collaborate with designers, product developers, and technical teams to translate concepts into technical documentation.
  • Confirm artwork sizing through printouts and obtain design approvals.
  • Update tech packs regularly with fit comments, revisions, and pre-production meeting outcomes.
  • Prepare fit guides and style sheets for licensor approvals.
  • Maintain an organised and updated library of tech packs.
  • Support sample approval sessions by recording notes and updating documentation.
  • Create fit guides for e-commerce listings and other sales platforms.
  • Create & update hangtags and packaging in line with licensor requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education - Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Technical Design, Apparel Technology, or related field.
  • Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in technical design, product development, or tech pack creation.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, cut & sew panels, cad-making, fabrics, trims, printing, and embroidery.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
