We are looking for a dedicated Sales consultant to join our team in a full-time capacity, working on-site at our Bhubaneswar location during US night shifts. The primary responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating and following up on leads, maintaining and building client relationships, and meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. This role will involve engaging with prospective customers, maintaining consistent follow-ups, and supporting them throughout their decision-making journey. It also includes sales presentations, reports, and proposals, along with

collaborating with internal teams to optimize the sales process. The Sales Executive will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients.

Responsibilities

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Proven ability in lead generation, prospecting, and converting leads into clients

· Experience in sales strategy development and execution

· Proficiency in using CRM tools and handling sales pipelines

· Ability to work effectively in night shifts to cater to US customers

· Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets

· Familiarity with the IT/software industry is a plus

· Educational background in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
