Job Summary:

The Junior Accountant supports day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, data entry, account reconciliation, and financial documentation. The role ensures accuracy in financial records and assists the senior team in reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP or relevant accounting software.
  • Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and financial documentation.
  • Handle invoices, bills, and payment follow-up.
  • Assist in internal and external audits.
  • Generate basic financial reports when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Com/M.Com or related degree.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP/MS Excel.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience:

0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹26,321.64 per month
