Sales Executive - Railways & Institutions (Warangal)

Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role for a dedicated Sales Executive based in Warangal, Telangana. The core responsibility is driving sales and market penetration specifically within the Railways and Institutional sectors across the entire state of Telangana. This role demands extensive travel throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sector-Specific Sales:
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new sales opportunities exclusively within Railways and large Institutional in Upcountry Telangana.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement personnel within these specialized sectors.
  • Target Achievement & Reporting:
  • Achieve aggressive sales targets and contribute significantly to the company's regional growth goals.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis focused on institutional and railway procurement trends.
  • Strategic Execution & Travel:
  • Travel extensively (up to 70-80% of the time) across various districts of Telangana.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience (Crucial): Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, with a strong, verifiable track record of sales success within the Railways.
  • Location & Travel: Must be based in Warangal or willing to relocate, and possess the ability and willingness to undertake extensive travel across Telangana.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Telugu is highly desirable for effective regional engagement.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of Railway Channel.
  • Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
