Luxury Site Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a proven track record in managing luxury villa projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling all on-site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, timely execution, and adherence to high-end finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all stages of luxury villa construction, from foundation to finishing and handover.

• Supervise contractors, site staff, and labor to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety parameters.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and clients for seamless project execution.

• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, ensuring accurate implementation on-site.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily and weekly project progress; prepare and maintain site reports.

• Ensure availability and timely procurement of materials as per project requirements.

• Maintain high standards of quality control, especially during finishing stages (plumbing, electrical, interiors, etc.).

• Identify potential technical challenges and resolve them promptly.

• Enforce strict compliance with safety and environmental norms on site.

Requirements

• Experience: 4–8 years of site supervision experience, specifically in luxury villa or high-end residential projects.

• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of RCC works, finishing details, MEP coordination, and material specifications.

• Proven ability to independently manage multiple project stages from initiation to handover.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Goa for full-time on-site supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
