Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Team Lead. The role involves overseeing lead generation efforts, managing and mentoring a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to expand Protrainy's market presence. The Team Lead will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and driving the team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
- Proficiency in lead generation and identifying business opportunities
- Proven abilities in team leadership and team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in E-learning or relevant industries
