About the Role

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking dynamic and driven professionals for the role of B2B Sales Manager. This role involves working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) from partner organizations (primarily banks or NBFCs) to drive sales of Credit Life Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Managers (RMs)

Collaborate with RMs who are selling loans to customers and position Credit Life Insurance as a complementary offering

Ensure consistent lead flow by nurturing RM relationships

Meet customers to explain and sell life insurance products tailored to their loan needs

Act as a bridge between the loan and insurance teams to drive sales conversion

Meet sales targets through proactive engagement and customer servicing
