Role Overview

We are hiring for the Flipkart L2 – Escalation Desk (Premium Process). This is a promoted profile where you will handle escalated and high-priority customer cases. You will not receive direct incoming calls from customers; instead, you will handle calls transferred by customer support agents once they have been escalated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated/high-priority customer concerns professionally.

  • Provide accurate resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Manage cases transferred by customer support agents.

  • Maintain call quality, empathy, and professionalism at all times.

  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for escalated cases.

  • Work in rotational shifts as per process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of documented experience in customer service.

  • Graduation is mandatory.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in escalation or premium process is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits

  • CTC: ₹27,000

  • In-hand Salary: Approx. ₹22,500

  • 5 days working with rotational shifts and week-offs.
