About the Opportunity
We operate in the healthcare sector with a focus on comprehensive oncology and cancer-care delivery across tertiary and specialty settings. The role sits within a multidisciplinary clinical environment delivering evidence-based systemic therapy, procedural oncology services, clinical trials and palliative care to adult cancer patients. This is an on-site clinical position based in India.

Role: Medical Oncologist (Onsite, India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient oncology care: evaluate, stage, and manage patients across solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, delivering guideline-driven treatment plans.
  • Prescribe, initiate and monitor systemic therapies including chemotherapy, targeted agents and immunotherapy; manage acute and chronic toxicities and treatment-related complications.
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as bone marrow aspiration and biopsy; coordinate pathology, laboratory and imaging workflows for accurate staging and response assessment.
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards, liaising with surgery, radiation oncology, radiology and pathology to define individualized treatment pathways.
  • Support and conduct clinical research: screen/enroll patients into clinical trials, obtain informed consent, maintain trial documentation and adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, mentor junior clinicians and engage in continuing medical education to drive clinical excellence.
