Run the Daily Show for a Profitable South Indian Food Brand

The Job:
You are the glue between the factory floor and the front office. You will sit at the plant, manage the labor, oversee the production flow, and handle the Tally billing. If the delivery van is late, you fix it. If the stock doesn't match the books, you find it.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Operations & Labor Management (The Floor):

Manage the Workforce: You are responsible for the daily attendance and rostering of our production staff. You ensure shifts start on time and labor is allocated efficiently between the Parotta line and Batter line.

Production Flow: Coordinate the daily production targets. Ensure the 'Parotta Team' and 'Chapati Team' hit their numbers without wastage.

Dispatch Control: Oversee the loading of delivery vehicles. Ensure orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time to reach retailers fresh.

2.⁠ ⁠Accounts & Tally (The Books):

Billing: Handle daily invoicing on Tally Prime. You must be fast and accurate, generating GST invoices without errors.

Inventory Tracking: Enter daily purchase and production entries. You will track the stock of raw materials (Maida, Oil, Rice) and alert us before we run out.

Cash & Bank: Reconcile daily collections from delivery routes and manage petty cash for factory expenses.

3.⁠ ⁠Growth Support (The Future):

New Launches: Assist in the operational setup for our new product line, right from sourcing ingredients and setting up the packing workflow.

D2C Orders: Manage the packing and courier coordination for our direct-to-customer orders.

What We Need:

Experience: 3+ years in a manufacturing or trading setup. If you have managed a bakery, food unit, or FMCG distributor, that's a plus.

Skills: You must be proficient in Tally Prime (Billing & Inventory). You must be able to command respect from a labor workforce.

Attitude:
"No task is too small."
You are organised, strict with time, and honest with money.

Language: Ability to speak Kannada/Tamil/Hindi is essential to communicate with our staff.
