Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our digital marketing and web development services, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the local market.
  • Promote and sell Tidsol's range of services (Digital Marketing, Web Development, SEO, etc.).
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with business owners and marketing heads.
  • Understand client needs and suggest appropriate digital solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend networking events and exhibitions to generate new leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales or business development (experience in digital marketing or IT services preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
