We're looking for an AI Video Specialist who can turn imagination into reality-someone skilled at prompting, generating, and refining AI-driven visuals and videos, while maintaining a strong sense of brand storytelling and advertising needs.

Role Overview
  • As an AI Video Specialist, you will:
  • Lead the AI-driven content generation process across image + video tools.
  • Work closely with Creative, Design, and Motion teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Push the boundaries of AI video tools to create ads, short-form content, and innovative brand storytelling formats.
  • Go beyond operating tools-designing workflows, experimenting with styles, and ensuring every AI output feels intentional, premium, and brand-ready.
Key Responsibilities
AI Prompting & Generation
  • Develop structured, high-quality prompts for AI image and video tools (Runway, Pika, Veo, Sora, Kaiber, Stable Video, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
  • Generate style frames, storyboards, and video sequences aligned with brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency across characters, styles, and settings.
Collaboration & Execution
  • Work with the Creative Producer to understand scripts and storyboards.
  • Translate concepts into AI-generated visuals for motion designers and editors.
  • Collaborate with Visual Designers to refine AI outputs using pre-visualized frames.
Innovation & Workflow Building
  • Experiment with new AI tools and pipelines-from style transfer to character continuity.
  • Build internal playbooks for streamlined AI video production.
  • Explore integrations with editing and VFX workflows.
Advertising Lens
  • Tailor AI outputs for ad storytelling-snackable reels, high-impact ads, product explainers.
  • Ensure all outputs are brand-safe, visually premium, and client-ready.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • AI Image & Video Expertise: Hands-on experience with MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo, Runway, Pika, Veo, Sora, Kaiber, etc.
  • Prompt Engineering: Ability to craft precise prompts for consistency, style control, and creative direction.
  • Design Sense: Strong understanding of framing, composition, color, and branding.
  • Advertising Approach: Comfortable thinking in short ad formats (10s, 15s, 30s, social-first).
  • Collaboration: Works seamlessly with creative, motion, and editorial teams.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Proactively explores new AI workflows and pushes creative boundaries.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in video content creation, motion design, or AI media generation.
  • Strong portfolio of AI-generated images + videos (ads, reels, experimental projects).
  • Background in design, motion graphics, animation, or advertising preferred.
  • Understanding of brand storytelling and digital-first video formats.
