We are hiring for Business Development in Mumbai
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional with relevant experience in professional services (CA, legal, consulting, or financial advisory). The ideal candidate will drive client acquisition, nurture relationships, and contribute to firm growth through structured outreach and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans aligned with the firms growth strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and engagement letters.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tax, Audit, Advisory) to structure client solutions.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
- Manage CRM systems, track leads, and analyse conversion data.
- Represent the firm in professional networking events, seminars, and conferences.
- Work closely with Partners to position the firm's services and brand visibility.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Marketing. MBA preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in business development within a CA / consulting / legal / financial services firm.
- Strong understanding of professional services like taxation, audit, and advisory.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prepare persuasive client proposals and presentations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
