1. Production & Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations including fabrication, assembly, quality, and dispatch.
  • Ensure achievement of production targets, output quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Plan and allocate resources (manpower, machines, materials) effectively.

2. Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in manufacturing and installation components.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC for testing, inspection, and product approvals.

3. Maintenance & Engineering:

  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance of machines and utilities.
  • Ensure zero downtime and optimal utilization of assets.
  • Coordinate with engineering for plant upgrades and modernization.

4. People Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of production engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
  • Ensure proper training, motivation, and skill enhancement of the workforce.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and accountability.

5. Planning & Coordination:

  • Work closely with supply chain, design, and sales departments for production planning.
  • Monitor inventory, material flow, and logistics to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Drive operational KPIs and regular MIS reporting to management.

6. Cost & Efficiency Control:

  • Drive productivity improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Control wastage, energy consumption, and material loss.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual production budget.

7. Safety, Health & Environment:

  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment as per HSE norms.
  • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹550,000.00 per month
