What will you be a part of?As a Senior Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager, you will be part of the Life Sciences team that drives marketing operations excellence and analytics for global pharmaceutical clients. You will design and implement marketing automation strategies, optimize campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
What does your day look like as a Senior Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager?Own day-to-day administration and optimization of HubSpot, Demandbase or a similar platform (ABM), and Apollo (automated SDR/BDR prospecting), including data architecture, integration management, user provisioning, governance policies, and system documentation
Build, launch, and continuously optimize email programs, nurture workflows, and marketing automation sequences; establish templates, testing protocols, and performance benchmarks
Design and implement lead management infrastructure in partnership with Sales Operations: lead scoring models, routing rules, SLA definitions, feedback loops, and exception handling processes
Create campaign tracking and attribution foundation: standardize UTM conventions, channel taxonomies, campaign naming protocols, and source-of-truth data mapping across systems
Develop automated reporting infrastructure delivering bowler funnel views (from first touch through revenue), channel performance dashboards, product-level analytics, and ROI measurement
7+ years in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, and marketing analytics with hands-on responsibility for marketing technology stack.
Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub; experienced in implementing and optimizing integrated environments.
Skilled in building marketing reports and dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI); advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
Strong ability to create funnel views, pipeline attribution reports, campaign ROI analysis, and product performance tracking for leadership decision-making.
Experienced in configuring lead conversion processes, pipeline hygiene, account hierarchies, and implementing data validation rules and automation.
Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Intentsify) and sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Cognism).
Solid understanding of marketing automation best practices, Google Analytics 4, UTM tracking, and web analytics; strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare industries
Familiarity with omnichannel marketing strategies and campaign optimization
Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and marketing attribution models
