ILIF Hotels & Resorts is looking for a creative and data-driven social media & digital marketing executive to enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will manage Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email marketing campaigns, engage with our audience, and run paid ad campaigns to drive bookings and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social media management & content creation:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Create engaging reels, posts, and stories to highlight hotel experiences, offers, and guest reviews.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and guest inquiries on all platforms.
  • Paid campaigns & digital advertising:
  • Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads) to increase hotel bookings and brand visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Use WhatsApp marketing tools to engage potential and past guests with exclusive deals.
  • Email & message marketing:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to target new and repeat guests.
  • Use SMS & WhatsApp marketing for promotions, offers, and guest engagement.
  • Track and analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversions for continuous improvement.
  • Performance tracking & growth strategies:
  • Analyze social media insights and ad performance to optimize campaigns.
  • Track engagement metrics and create monthly performance reports.
  • Research the latest digital marketing trends to keep ILIF ahead of competitors.
  • Collaboration & branding:
  • Work with the hotel operations team to promote special events and seasonal offers.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with influencers and travel bloggers for promotional partnerships.
