Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Collection Executive who will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely payment collection. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a results-driven mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Explain product/services to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update the sales database and CRM systems.

Collection Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding amounts.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and payment updates.
  • Handle customer queries related to payments and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure timely recovery while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
  • Experience in sales, recovery, or collection roles is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
