About the Role

  • The Brand Operations Lead will be the heartbeat of our daily operations — ensuring that all moving parts across manufacturing, farming, sales, and marketing come together seamlessly.
  • This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, loves problem-solving, and enjoys being the glue that keeps people and processes aligned.
  • You'll work directly with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of plans, timely communication across departments, and accountability in deliverables.

What You'll Do

Act as the bridge across departments — coordinating between manufacturing, farming, marketing, and sales teams.

  • Manage daily brand operations — from planning to execution.
  • Ensure that every process reflects our "clean and natural" brand promise.
  • Build and maintain effective internal communication channels to align teams.
  • Support product launches, market rollouts, and campaign executions.
  • Track progress of operational deliverables and ensure smooth cross-team flow.
  • Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and bring structure to chaos (the good kind).
  • Help build a culture of ownership, clarity, and collaboration within the team.

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Operations, Coordination, or FMCG operations management.
  • A digitally smart, organized, and proactive individual.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — a true people connector.
  • Someone who can work fast, think smart, and stay calm under startup chaos.
  • A natural problem solver with a "let's get it done" attitude.
