About the Role

We are looking for a mature, extroverted professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive business growth for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate understands how digital marketing works and can confidently connect with potential clients through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and networking to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients via LinkedIn, cold calls, and professional networks.
  • Pitch digital marketing services effectively, highlighting business value and ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and marketing heads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and outreach materials.
  • Manage CRM updates, follow up with leads, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing offerings (social media, paid ads, SEO, branding).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident with cold calling and professional outreach.
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead tracking.

Compensation

  • Fixed Pay: ₹20,000/month
  • Performance-Based Commission: Attractive incentives on each closed deal
