  • Collect and maintain data of active job seekers from various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Call candidates to promote JobMela job opportunities.
  • Explain the concept of JobMela and highlight their key benefits for candidates and employers
  • Maintain accurate records on daily calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's , Business Development, or Sales related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace and Excel.
