The Role:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Associate to support multiple verticals, including OD research, culture consulting, L&D coordination, client management, and internal project execution.

Responsibilities
:

·      Conduct research for OD, culture transformation, competency frameworks, and diagnostic studies.

·      Support content creation for L&D programs, workshops, and consulting deliverables.

·      Coordinate with clients, trainers, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

·      Manage end-to-end L&D coordination—session planning, materials, communication, and feedback.

·      Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.

·      Contribute to client servicing and maintain project trackers, documentation, and reports.

·      Create social media content.

Required Skills:

·      A proven 2-3 years of experience in an HR Executive or HRBP

·      Excellent communication skills

·      High proficiency with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Drive.

·      Preferably from consulting background or with OD experience

·      Creativity, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.

·      Open and proactive mindset to learn and bring in new ideas

·      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Disciplined and Punctual

Work Timings:
:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
