Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of projects across our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent organisational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives aligned with organisational goals. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and productivity.
  • Gather project requirements by liaising with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or Smartsheet to develop schedules, track progress, and report on project status.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs through meticulous financial oversight.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders at all levels via presentations, reports, and meetings using tools like Visio or SharePoint.
  • Apply various project management methodologies including Waterfall, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), or customised approaches based on project needs.
  • Coordinate with product management teams on product development timelines and content management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards by leveraging systems such as Workday, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Salesforce for documentation and workflow management.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making processes and optimise project outcomes.
  • Maintain organised documentation in SharePoint or similar platforms for easy access and version control.

Skills

  • Proven supervising experience with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, scope definition, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in a range of project management tools including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent software.
  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Workday or SAP is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks like SAFe or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Data analysis skills using SAS or similar tools to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong presentation skills for reporting progress and influencing stakeholders effectively.
  • Understanding of product management principles and content management systems such as SharePoint or Confluence. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to drive projects forward while fostering a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities alongside technical expertise in modern project management practices.

Note: All positions are paid roles; this includes internship opportunities where applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.65 per month
