Location: Hybrid

Brief:

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user-reported problems with speed and accuracy. You will work closely with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to maintain high availability, stability, and performance of the platform. If you enjoy solving technical problems, digging into logs, understanding product workflows, and being the first line of defense for production issues, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for production applications and resolve customer-reported issues.

  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and application health using dashboards and alerting tools.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to application logic, integrations, APIs, and environment configurations.

  • Perform root-cause analysis and ensure timely resolution or escalation to engineering teams.

  • Handle incident management, ticket tracking, and documentation of fixes or known issues.

  • Support deployments, release activities, and post-release validation.

  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and engineering teams to improve stability and reliability of services.

  • Write basic scripts (Shell/Python) for automation of routine tasks and log analysis.

  • Maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, and internal process documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quick turnaround on critical issues, and proactive communication with stakeholders.

  • Work with containerised application environments and have exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts for debugging, basic deployments, and environment understanding.
