Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Design Engineer. The Lead Design Engineer will oversee the design and development of products, systems, or components, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing designs, utilizing CAD software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with engineering best practices. The role involves coordinating tasks, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing designs for superior performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Design Engineering and Product Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering projects.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating and refining technical drawings and prototypes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in leading engineering design projects is a strong asset.
