Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Production Manager based at our Kanyakumari facility. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing and production operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high quality outcomes, adherence to safety and compliance standards, and alignment with organisational objectives. Primary responsibilities include managing production teams, optimizing schedules, maintaining inventory levels, monitoring budgets, driving process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for production excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Production Planning, Process Optimization, and Inventory Management
  • Strong experience in Team Leadership, Operational Supervision and Staff Scheduling
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Control, Compliance Standards, and Workplace Safety Protocols
  • Skills in Budgeting, Cost Analysis and Resource Allocation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational capabilities
  • Proficiency with relevant production-management tools and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment preferred
