Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to market conditions, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. This role is crucial in helping us make informed decisions to enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research to identify trends, market conditions, and consumer preferences.

· Prepare Market reports

· Conduct extensive primary research with senior and mid-level management at top global companies.

· Perform secondary research by gathering data from online resources, including research articles and company websites.

· Analyze and validate data to extract insights, and produce reports based on findings.

· Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities.

· Support senior roles in market research, competitive analysis, trend analysis, value chain analysis, and financial analysis etc.

· Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to support strategic initiatives.

· Maintain and update databases with relevant market data.

· Continuously seek opportunities to enhance research processes.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Full-time MBA/ PGP/ or PGDM in Management with specialization in Marketing from reputed B- Schools.

· Minimum 3+ years of experience & excellent track record in complete ownership in research & consulting project delivery and client management

· Extensive experience and track record in conducting primary interviews with top management/industry experts.

· Extensive experience in report writing pages) in MS word and creating client-ready power-point presentations

· Experience in creating Excel spreadsheets and charts.

· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

· Excellent reading comprehension skills

· A positive attitude and desire to win

· Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Salary:
Salary commensurate with experience.

Location:
Lucintel's headquarters is located in Dallas, Texas, USA. This position is based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India . While remote work options are available,
preference will be given to candidates willing to relocate to Raipur.
