Project Planning & Monitoring
To plan the project timelines
To identify the timelines as per LOA.

To make project executive schedule.

To discuss with HO Team for material delivery at sites as per project schedule.

To monitor the project timelines/ schedules
To monitor the project schedules on regular basis and make changes, if required.

To get daily site updates from Team.

To resolve any site related issues without impacting the progress of the work.

Mobilization of Team
To plan & mobilise the team at site
To mobilise Personnel at various sites as per the project schedule.

Site Visit
To visit different sites where work is under progress
To visit various sites where the work is under progress, on regular basis.

To check quality of work as per Norms.

Contractor Selection
To identify and finalise multiple Contractors for Execution
To identify experienced & qualified Contractors for execution of project work.

To monitor the quality of the work executed by the Contractor.

Payment Release
To get the fund released from Dept
To co-ordinate with Team & Dept and get the fund released on time.

Liasion with Govt Officials
To liasion with all the officers in the respective Division
To meet and liasion with Govt Dept Officers on regular basis.
