Full Stack Engineer

Stealth mode startup is looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our product development team. You'll build end-to-end features spanning from elegant user interfaces to robust backend systems, working with modern frameworks like React and while contributing to the full application lifecycle while leveraging AI-powered development tools to maximize productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack features using React and on the frontend with or Python backends

• Leverage AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve complex problems efficiently

• Build responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces with modern React patterns (hooks, context, custom components)

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with frontend applications

• Optimize application performance on both client and server side, including code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies

• Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to design schemas, write efficient queries, and manage data flows

• Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with for optimal SEO and performance

• Write comprehensive tests across the stack including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features from concept to deployment

• Participate in the full development lifecycle including planning, code reviews, deployment, and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional full stack development experience

• Strong proficiency in and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with including App Router, server components, and API routes

• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar assistants to enhance productivity

• Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and web accessibility

• Experience with backend development using OR Python

• Proficiency with at least one backend framework , Nest JS, Fast API, Django, or Flask)

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)

• Familiarity with state management solutions (React Context, Redux, Zustand, or similar)

• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns

• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript in production applications

• Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks and solutions (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, styled-components)

• Familiarity with GraphQL and tools like Apollo Client or React Query/TanStack Query

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress)

• Understanding of containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, AWS, Vercel, Google Cloud)

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes

• Experience with monorepo tools (Turborepo, Nx)

• Familiarity with Web3, PWAs, or other emerging web technologies

• Understanding of performance monitoring tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals, Sentry)

• Experience with design systems and component libraries

• Active GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing full stack projects

Note : Candidate has to work from Lucknow. This will be the base and HQ for the company
