Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Installation, based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing the installation of photovoltaic solar systems at various sites while ensuring compliance with established safety and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising installation teams, addressing site-specific technical challenges, maintaining timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for timely project documentation and reporting to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of photovoltaic systems and installation processes
  • Experience in team coordination and project management
  • Proficient in safety regulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in the solar energy industry is an advantage
