Job Title: Relationship Executive – Security Guard Hiring

Department: Recruitment / Operations

Location: Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Relationship Executive will be responsible for sourcing, mobilizing, and deploying security guards and supervisors for G4S client sites. The role involves end-to-end coordination between clients, field teams, and candidates to ensure smooth and timely manpower supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with G4S site managers and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source suitable security guards, supervisors, and related manpower from different regions.
  • Conduct screening, document verification, and background checks as per company and client standards.
  • Ensure timely joining and deployment of candidates at client sites.
  • Maintain relationships with local vendors, training institutes, and referral networks for candidate supply.
  • Handle joining formalities, ID card processing, and uniform distribution.
  • Maintain proper records of hired and deployed security personnel.
  • Resolve on-ground issues related to attendance, absenteeism, or replacements.
  • Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in security guard hiring, staffing, or manpower coordination (preferred experience with facility management or security agency).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of local areas and candidate sourcing methods.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel for field recruitment and site visits.
