About the Role
As a Digital Marketer, you'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You'll collaborate with our creative, content, and technical teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (PPC, social ads, remarketing, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Plan and run email marketing and automation campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or GoHighLevel.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio, and prepare performance reports.
- Work with the design and content teams to create engaging ad copies, landing pages, and social media content.
- Manage social media marketing, including planning calendars, posting, and community engagement.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies to ensure best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Excellent understanding of social media strategy and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- A creative mindset with a focus on performance and results.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or TikTok marketing.
- Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.
- Basic understanding of WordPress, Shopify, or landing page builders (Elementor, Webflow, etc.).
- Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Blueprint.
