Role Overview – Senior Influencer Marketing Executive:

This role isn't just about running collaborations—it's about shaping strategy, building strong influencer relationships, and using creators as powerful storytelling partners. You'll manage end-to-end influencer campaigns while experimenting with fresh ideas, building a creator network, and crafting narratives that set Zouk apart on social media.

You'll collaborate closely with our content production and performance marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Strategic Creator Collaborations

  2. Develop and execute influencer-first strategies across campaigns.

  3. Build and nurture a high-quality, brand-aligned influencer network on Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  4. Identify creators who align with Zouk's ethos of being

  5. Streamline Execution via Agency

  6. Brief, manage, and coordinate with our influencer marketing agency.

  7. Track performance, ensure timely delivery, quality content, and budget adherence.
  8. Share insights to improve influencer activations continuously.

  9. Build Brand Through Cultural Storytelling

  10. Lead Zouk's

     pillar by creating narratives that celebrate Indian culture in fresh, modern ways.

  11. Collaborate with creators to amplify culture-first content.
  12. Work with internal teams to integrate culture seamlessly into brand campaigns.

  14. Develop expertise across content pillars and platforms.

  15. Understand audience behaviors per platform and translate them into effective strategies.
  16. Stay updated on influencer marketing and cultural storytelling trends.

Who We're Looking For

A creative, organized, and execution-focused social media professional who:

  • Has 
    5-8+ years of experience
     in influencer marketing for consumer brands (D2C/lifestyle preferred).
  • Understands Instagram and YouTube deeply.
  • Can create and execute influencer campaigns independently.
  • Is collaborative, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Is passionate about D2C, lifestyle brands, and performance-driven marketing.
