Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Department: Car Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader
Job Summary:
The Car Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional sales and after-sales service. The role involves achieving monthly sales targets, understanding customer needs, and promoting the dealership's products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting through calls/social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles, variants, and financing options.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, warranty, and after-sales services in detail.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proforma invoices, and necessary documentation for booking and delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all models, new launches, schemes, and competitors' products.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance department for customer loan and insurance processing.
- Follow up with customers on inquiries, bookings, and pending payments.
- Ensure smooth delivery experience and timely vehicle handover.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat sales.
- Update and maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events organized by the dealership.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or Automobile background)
- Experience: 1–3 years in automobile retail sales (freshers with good communication can also apply)
- License: Valid four-wheeler driving license
Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Monthly sales target achievement
- Customer satisfaction and feedback score
- Lead conversion ratio
- Referral and repeat business generation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
