We CTL - Clinitech Lab Ltd is looking for Area Sales Manager

Location - Thane & Navi Mumbai.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Diagnostic Lab Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our diagnostic laboratory services division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the diagnostic laboratory services sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other medical facilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide sales training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic laboratory industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of medical terminology, laboratory testing processes, and healthcare regulations.
  • Goal-oriented with a strategic mind-set and the ability to drive results.

EXPERIENCE - 3+ YEARS

CTC - UP TO 5-6 LPA -(depend on interview & exp)

  • Male with Bike preferred only.
