We're looking for a Human Resources Intern to join the Founders' office at Cranberry.

  • Location: Our HQ in Bangalore (on-site )
  • Time: 2 month internship
  • Can start as soon as possible

Your Role

You will be working directly with the founders on high stakes hiring projects.

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management -

Work closely with the founders on hiring the top talent. Manage the funnel from writing well rounded JDs to shortlisting good fits from the candidate pool.
- Work on process automation and efficiency -

Improve hiring processes, candidate funnels and onboarding workflows.Find tools (AI and non-AI) and implement processes to ensure that all the hiring tasks are done efficiently.
- Market & Talent Research -

Map talent pools for unique or hard-to-hire roles and set up benchmarks and metrics to find the right candidates.

  • A tier 1 MBA college student in their First or Final year of education.
  • Inclined towards People Function / Human Resources and recruitment management.
  • Someone with a strong attention to detail and fast-learner.
