Role & responsibilities

  • Advanced proficiency in managing and optimizing Intune for device and application management, ensuring compliance and security.
  • Intune Agent Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of any Agent Sync Issues
  • Supporting Intune Enrolment by SMS, EMAIL, Agent based for the end users & Hands on Experience in Intune Admin console
  • Supporting Platform specific issues in Agent and Active Sync configuration forWindows Laptops and Tablets.
  • Basic Troubleshooting of Email Access issues in registered Devices
  • Handling Intune Incident Tickets and Basic Service Request in Queue
  • Should be able to Query, Add, Lock, Wipe, Retire Devices from Admin console
  • Monitor and ensure the Intune Services Availability
  • Distribute and Monitor Applications published using Intune Admin console
  • Generate and Provide various reports including Agent status, Application Published Status
  • Demonstrate proven track record in addressing moderately complex technical issues
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for communicating at all levels; including good presentation skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven and well organized.
