JOB BRIEF

A Sales Executive in the tile manufacturing industry plays a crucial role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. This role involves understanding customer needs, promoting tile products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Client Acquisition:
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients in the construction, architecture, and design industries.

  3. Build a pipeline of potential customers through networking and market research.

  4. Product Knowledge:

  5. Develop a deep understanding of the tile manufacturing company's product line ie. Types of Tiles, features, and benefits.

  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

  7. Sales Presentations:

  8. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients, showcasing the quality and versatility of the tile products.

  9. Address client queries and concerns effectively.

  10. Client Relationship Management:

  11. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  12. Regularly engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  13. Quotation and Proposal Development:

  14. Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations for clients.

  15. Develop proposals that align with client needs and project specifications.

  16. Order Processing:

  17. Facilitate the order process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client orders.

  18. Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.

  19. Market Expansion:

  20. Explore and enter new markets for tile products, both regionally and internationally.

  21. Identify opportunities for business growth and market penetration.

  22. Negotiation and Closing:

  23. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts.

  24. Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.

  25. Customer Feedback:

  26. Gather customer feedback on products and services to inform product improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.

  27. Trade Shows and Events:

  28. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to showcase products and generate leads.

  29. Sales Reporting:

  30. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.

  31. Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

  32. Collaboration with Marketing:

  33. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
  34. Provide input on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

EDUCATION

A. Minimum Education :- Any Graduate / Post Graduate

B. Technical Education :- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

REQUIREMENTS : FRESHERS CANDIDATE

BEHAVIOR & TECHNICAL SKILLS

a. Good Communication skills (writing & Speaking Both)

b. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

c. Negotiation and closing skills

d. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets

e. Knowledge of MS office, Power Point, Excel & word
