Working Hours:09:00 AM – 06:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and well-presented Office Boy to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting office staff and visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.

Assist in handling office documents, photocopying, and filing.

Help in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are tidy before and after use.

Support staff with basic administrative tasks when required.

Receive and deliver couriers or parcels within and outside the office.

Ensure all office supplies are well stocked and maintained.

Follow proper dress code and maintain good hygiene.

Always be punctual and disciplined in duty timings.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Well-groomed, polite, and cooperative attitude

Ability to handle tasks responsibly and efficiently

Must be punctual and reliable

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
