About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data analytics, modeling, and visualization. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI solutions, with a proven ability to integrate data from multiple enterprise systems and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Power BI Development:
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and advanced analytical solutions in Power BI.
  • Write and optimize DAX measures and Power Query transformations for performance and scalability.
  • System Integration:
  • Develop and implement data integration solutions across platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and Fusion systems.
  • Ensure smooth interoperability between enterprise applications and Power BI.
  • ETL & Data Transformation:
  • Build and manage ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric tools, Power Query, Azure Data Services, and integration middleware.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Data Modeling & Visualization:
  • Develop reusable, high-performance semantic models using Import, Direct Query, and Direct Lake modes.
  • Create intuitive, user-focused dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Monitor and improve pipeline, dataset, and report performance.
  • Implement best practices in data modeling, query optimization, and incremental refresh.
  • Lakehouse & Warehouse Management:
  • Design and optimize Lakehouse/Warehouse storage and querying layers.
  • Support both operational and advanced analytical reporting needs.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver impactful insights.
  • Provide guidance on best practices in data visualization and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Power BI development, data modeling, and data visualization.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, DAX, Power Query (M), and semantic modeling.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing principles (star/snowflake schema).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/Fusion data structures and reporting scenarios.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Power BI certifications are highly desirable.
  • Microsoft Fabric knowledge is a strong advantage.
