Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage technical facility operations, including DG sets, HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, and utility management.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of AMC (Air Conditioning), AHU (Air Handling Unit), chillers, cooling towers, HT breakers, LT panels, transformers, UPS units.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely resolution of issues related to facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols for all facilities under management.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years' experience in technical facility management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
