Job Description:   Designation : Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition Experience : 3 – 5 yrs Location : Chennai   What you will be doing here?
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Responsible for a full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Maintain a pipeline of active candidates for open positions if there are drop in offers.
  • Ensuring screened employees remain engaged till they sign the offer and join the company.
  • Negotiating with candidates about job-related expectations and compensation.
  • Align & adapt to adequately support the business and flexible to changing business priorities.
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
  • Continuously partner with senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
