Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Customer Care professional located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include addressing customer queries, resolving complaints promptly, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves analyzing customer needs, proactively assisting with insurance-related concerns, and maintaining effective communication to uphold high standards of service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly and courteously with customers
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues effectively
  • Ability to maintain patience, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer interactions
  • Prior experience in the insurance or customer care industry is a plus
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the capacity to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools and CRM systems is advantageous
