We are looking for an
HR Intern
to join our Hyderabad office. This internship is designed for fresh graduates or early professionals (0–1 year of experience) who are passionate about HR, communication, and people operations. You'll gain practical, hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, and internal communications in a fast-paced product company environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
  • Help organize training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records
  • Assist with payroll data collection and HRMS updates
  • Draft internal communications and updates for the team
  • Coordinate office operations such as scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Contribute to team events, culture initiatives, and day-to-day admin support

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in HR, admin, or internships (freshers encouraged to apply)
  • Graduate degree (BBA/BA/Any discipline; HR specialization is a plus)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort with multitasking and working in a collaborative setup
