Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) Manager. The HRBP Manager will manage daily HR operations, implement HR policies, oversee performance management, and support employee relations. Additional responsibilities include acting as a liaison between staff and management, developing workforce planning strategies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
• Experience in Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Proven capability in overseeing Performance Management and workforce development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic organizational needs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Mandate experience of minimum 6 years
